Any issues you have will be treated as a priority should you have guests staying.

What are your service areas?

We primarily serve the Great Yarmouth area and surrounding costal villages, but we may accommodate nearby locations as well by prior agreement.

How quickly can you respond to emergencies?

We can respond to emergencies within 1-2 hours of receiving the call if we are avaliable. We charge for these types of emergencies per hour with an aditional fee for the prompt response.

Priority is always given to customers that have had their appliance serviced by us within the last 12 months

Can you give a price over the phone?

Unfortunatly not. A site visit is always required for our services & fixed price guarentee works. These works are arranged for the engineer to attend site within 5-7 days of the request from the customer.

If you require us to attend sooner the fixed emergency rates will apply.

As you can expect all jobs are different regarding materials and labour, Please bear in mind that if the fault is in a location that is not easily accessable the work is likely to cost more.

Do you offer maintenance plans for heating systems?

Unfortunatly not, We do not offer maintenance plans. We are happy to service your appliances every 12 moths and report any faults aswell as make any repairs, giving you advice and an estimate for the repair for you to consider.

My boiler is not running or operating correctly, Can you arrange a service?

If you boiler is not operating correctly, the call out is for a fault repair and not a service.

Our emergency rates apply to Fault repairs call outs and we aim to get to you within 2 - 24hrs if we can. If we can not accomadate you within these time scales, We will advise you, so you can make other arrangements.

We can book you in for a service once the repair has been carried out.

Our usual turnaround for a service is around 7 - 14 days from the time of booking.

Oil Boilers

If your oil boiler has not been serviced for some time please tell us and be honest, these appliances requires a deep clean and additional time booked out for the work to be completed to our high standards, please note extra cleaning charges are applied to your service invoice for the extra work required.

Priority is always given to customers that have had their appliance serviced by us within the last 12 months

Can the customer supply the materials for you to fit?

Unfortunatly not we only supply the materials that we fit. The reson for this is we off a 12 month guarentee on all of our work. this covers the materials we fit and also our workmanship.
